Company skill-set developed further to enhance client offering

The Oxford Knowledge Company, the leading Oxford based IT consultancy and outsourcing provider, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a fifth Microsoft competency focussing on unified communications solutions, enabling its clients to streamline their information exchange irrespective of place and space.

Microsoft Unified Communications technologies help streamline communications between people and organizations, regardless of medium, platform, device, or location. Having now attained the Unified Communications Solutions competency, the Oxford Knowledge Company holds formally recognised skills in the planning, deploying and management of email solutions and calendaring, presence and instant messaging (IM), unified messaging, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call management, and audio-video-Web conferencing. All using Microsoft Unified Communications technologies, including Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Office Communications Server.
