Established in 1997, we are a professional Oxfordshire-based IT company which has been caring for the technology needs of many of the region”s businesses for over fifteen years. We specialise in IT projects, strategy & consulting and in ongoing proactive & reactive computer maintenance & support.
Computer support companies are notorious for being too geeky. The Oxford Knowledge Company is different. We’re proud of our Microsoft Gold Certified team of articulate and ethical IT professionals who are bilingual: they translate between English and Geek, and communicate clearly as appropriate. We are interested in long term lasting relationships with our clients. To achieve that what we provide is focussed on achieving their business goals, not just technology.
When we advise or specify any hardware or software, we do so because it’s the best fit and best value for the longer-term needs of the client, not because it’s good enough for now, or because we get good margin or commission. In fact, the only reason we became a reseller is so we can save our clients time and money, and prevent them from buying the wrong kit.
One of our main concerns for growing businesses is that they are reliant on one IT person, either in-house or outsourced. We believe that this is very risky. By us having a team which is large enough to be resilient and small enough to care and understand, clients can be sure that we will be always have someone to help out and have their information documented and available, regardless of holidays, sickness, or demands of other customers. IT Managers appreciate that we can help them with holiday or sickness cover, or where their time is scarce, and that we can make them look good by resolving tricky challenges which are beyond their own experience or skills.
Our team works with organisations from 5 to 300 people in size, dealing with their day-to-day and their exceptional needs.
We were recognised by the Investors In People scheme in March 2005, and became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in 2006. See our partnerships.
