We not only install networks and systems but we also support and maintain them.
We prefer to support our clients in a proactive fashion, but we can be available for you on a reactive basis if you require.
You can engage with us in one of three ways:
- Scheduled retainer - we visit your offices on a pre-determined day each month. This can be for the HealthCheck service;
- On-demand retainer - you pre-purchase time each month to be used at any time during the month;
- Non-retainer - there is no commitment from you, we invoice in arrears for any time spent dealing with your issues.
Our contract guarantees you the response time you require, and out-of-hours support is available.
If you have no IT. department, we are delighted to work with you as your I.T. team and support desk.
For larger companies who might normally have some in-house I.T. resources, we are equally delighted to work with your I.T. team in dealing with more complex support issues, or where they may have insufficient skills or experience.
