Getting started on a Managed Service Contract:
Our team of consultants will work with you to stabilise your network and systems (or install a brand new system). Then you hand control of your network to us, safe in the knowledge that we are constantly monitoring all critical components 24×7. Should we detect a problem then our team will immediately work to solve the issue – often before you even notice something is wrong. Our monitoring allows us to detect trends and therefore predict and prevent critical events.
There are 4 main levels of service, but we do customise these to suit your unique business situation. Of course, the more stable your systems, the lower the price. For a typical client with 12 employees where the full stabilisation has been completed (or committed to), a Managed Service Contract starts from as low as £495 per month.
